Francis Amiga setup: Amiga 1200 (in a Power Tower), AmigaOS 3.5, BlizzardPPC 603e @240MHz / 68040 @25MHz, 66 megabytes of RAM, BlizzardVisionPPC 8 meg 3D graphics card, 6 gigabytes of hard disk space, Power Flyer EIDE controller, 24x CD-ROM drive, CD-ReWriter, external high-density disk drive, external double-density disk drive, MIDI interface and Technosound Turbo 2 sound sampler. Keyboards connected to Amiga: Korg X3 Music Workstation. Sound modules connected to Amiga: Yamaha MU15 Tone Generator and Kawai PHm Pop Synth Module. Recording and mixing equipment: Samson Mixpad 9, Tascam Porta One Ministudio and Sharp MD-MT20 minidisc recorder. Some info about what I use the Amiga for: Primarily I use the Amiga for programming (in BASIC, C and HTML) and making music using OctaMED SoundStudio. I also muck about with creating graphics (check my web-page for examples) using Lightwave 3D, DrawStudio and Deluxe Paint. |
